By accessing and using the AFA Brand Partnership Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Brand Partnership Services

The Platform provides brands with the opportunity to create AI-powered fan engagement campaigns in partnership with the Argentine Football Association (AFA). Services include:

  • Campaign creation and management
  • AI experience selection and customization
  • Fan targeting and analytics
  • Asset management and approval workflows
  • Payment processing and invoicing

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Verify your email address
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be authorized to represent your brand/company

4. Campaign Creation and Approval

All campaigns are subject to AFA approval. We reserve the right to:

  • Review and approve/reject campaign submissions
  • Request modifications to campaign content
  • Suspend or terminate campaigns that violate our policies
  • Set minimum budget requirements and pricing

5. Payment Terms

Campaign payments are processed according to the following terms:

  • Minimum campaign budget: $50,000 USD
  • Payment required before campaign activation
  • Installment plans available for approved brands
  • All fees are non-refundable once campaign is activated
  • Additional charges may apply for premium features
